It’s no secret that Hartford has fallen on hard times, but where some people only see hopelessness, others see inspiration and opportunity.

Shana Schlossberg, an entrepreneur out of New York City, saw Hartford as a city full of promise and hope on an upward trajectory that she wanted to be a part of. That led her to 20 Church Street, where she recently launched the aptly named Upward Hartford co-working space. More than just a co-working space, Upward Hartford is a shining example of the potential people like Shana see in the city.

In this episode, Eric and Chris sit down to talk with Shana and her enthusiastic team about the the Silicon Valley-inspired Upward Hartford, the meaning behind the name, and her hopes for the future of Connecticut’s capital.

If you’re looking for a fresh and positive outlook on Hartford, you can’t miss this cast!
